A 56-year-old Windsor man is being charged with nine counts of incest. That’s according to Captain Richard Gaddis of the Isle of Wight Sheriff’s Office.
Officials say the charges come from a report made in September, by a family member.
56-year-old Carl Douglas Noce, of the 21000 block of Orbit Road in Windsor, was arrested on Thursday, October 4, 2012. He was arrested without incident at his workplace, Surry Power Station.
Officials say the alleged incidents of incest happened between 1998 and 2001.
Noce is being held at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bond, pending a hearing scheduled for October 9, 2012.
