Heads up, Virginia Beach drivers – according to Virginia Beach Department of Public Works, traffic on General Booth Boulevard between Ocean Breeze Water Park and the Virginia Aquarium will be reduced to one lane in each direction this weekend beginning Friday, October 12.
From 7 p.m. on Friday until 5 a.m. on Monday, October 15, crews will be doing planned utility work. North/south traffic on General Booth will have one lane open in each direction while crews complete the work.
All work is weather permitting.
