Crews are re-opening the approaches to the Midtown Tunnel at the Martin Luther King Expressway, Route 164 and Hampton Boulevard. The ramps to the tunnel from Raleigh Avenue, Claremont Avenue and Cleveland Street remain closed.
The Downtown Tunnels continue to be open with no restrictions.
