A Newport News man says he won hundreds in the lottery only to have a store clerk claim his prize.
Now he may never see a dime of the cash his lucky numbers aligned to win.
Jack Lavoie played every day for nearly ten years!
Back in March, Lavoie's lucky numbers lined up for a $600 prize!
Lavoie says store clerk Susan Perez, played him!
He says she claimed his numbers hit for 40 bucks, not 600, then pocketed 560 dollars of his winnings.
While the case goes through the legal process, the lottery won't give Lavoie the prize money.
