Norfolk, Va. – A Norfolk man has been arrested on several charges after a Halloween domestic incident involving his wife.
Fire officials say 57-year-old Dan Ran Rowe’s wife had left him several days earlier and had returned home Wednesday to gather some belongings. They say Rowe arrive home and slashed the tires on her car, broke a rear window and used an accelerant to start a fire inside the car.
They say Rowe then briefly barricaded himself inside the home and began calling 911 falsely reporting a rape across the street.
Rowe was arrested and charged with numerous counts including Arson to a vehicle, Damage to a vehicle and False Report & False call.
