New details are emerging about a brigadier general who's accused of several sexual crimes.
Prosecutors say Fort Bragg-based Jeffery Sinclair used his position to coerce women into relationships.
His charges include sodomy and wrongful sexual conduct.
Sinclair's attorneys want the charges to be thrown out, saying prosecutors read confidential e-mails between them and the general.
