Virginia Beach, Va. - The suspect in a shooting at a Virginia Beach wedding vow renewal ceremony has now been charged with murder.

Jermaine Belvin was indicted on second degree murder charges today in connection with the shooting at Dianne and Melvin Wilkerson's vow renewal ceremony.

Belvin was previously charged with shooting the couple's daughter, now he's also charged with killing their son.

Police say the vow renewal at the Royal Courtyard Banquet Hall was wrapping up that May night when bullets started flying.

Belvin was indicted for malicious wounding and use of a firearm in connection with the daughter's shooting back in August.
