NORFOLK — Elizabeth River Crossings (ERC) has rescheduled paving operations originally planned for Tuesday, November 6 at the I-264 Downtown Tunnel due to inclement weather.
The left lane of the eastbound I-264 Downtown Tunnel will now be closed Thursday, November 8 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. to complete paving work.
