A 16-year-old has been sentenced for his role in a sexual assault on a school bus in Chesapeake.

The teen is one of three involved in the case.

He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation, $965 restitution and 100 hours of community service.

He also has to take a ‘teens and the law’ class and a sex offender and substance abuse treatment class.

He was charged with grand larceny, assault and battery and sexual battery

The other two teens involved are facing 20 charges a piece. They have not been sentenced yet.

One has a court appearance scheduled on November 28th and police say the other is not competent enough to stand trial and they’re trying to restore competency.
