Hampton, Va. - Hampton Police say a teen was shot in the head near a 7-Eleven on Thursday night.
Police say it was a 15-year-old who was shot near the store in the 300 block of E. Mercury Boulevard.
He was shot and hit once in the head.
Police say he was on the street behind the store.
Officials say he is no longer in a life-threatening condition.
