-Assistant to Group Home Director
-Provide for the daily physical care, guidance and supervision of the clients
-Implement all program services, interventions, and therapeutic and recreational activities
-Provide IDL training, counseling, and social skills training as required by their individual treatment plan
-Provide conflict management and crisis intervention counseling as needed to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
-Monitor the overall welfare of the clients including their nutritional, medical, physical, and emotional needs
