Update: Keith Fuller, a 27-year-old Chesapeake man, has been charged in connection to a shooting that occurred on Monday night on Portlock Road and Bainbridge Blvd.
The victim was rushed to the hospital and should be OK.
Fuller has been charged with malicious wounding and is now being held in the Chesapeake City Jail.
