The rape charges against ODU football player Reid Evans, Jr. will go to a grand jury. The other charges against him were dropped today.
This ruling came down from a judge in Norfolk after a day of testimony from his accusers.
Charges of conspiracy to commit rape will also go forward against football player Markell Wilkins
Charges were also dropped against fellow ODU student Jack Ly.
