Police say a call came into dispatch around noon for a medical emergency at an apartment in that area.
Police arrived and found a woman in an apartment and she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A person of interest has been taken into custody but charges have not been filed yet.
Police say this may be a domestic related incident.
