Virginia Beach, Va.--People are taking action to raise money for the Special Olympics in Virginia Beach including NewsChannel 3 Meteorologist Myles Henderson who took a turn in the dunk tank!
It was set up outside of YNot at Great Neck Square.
In exchange for a donation to Special Olympics Virginia, people got the chance to take aim and send him into the chilly water.
After Myles, Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms took a turn as well to help raise money.
Special Olympics is a year-round program of sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
