Firefighters are calling a fire on Ocean Pebbles Way accidental.
It happened at a condo Monday morning.
Firefighters say one man broke his arm jumping from the second floor and another man was hurt when he tried putting out the fire with a garden hose.
Fire investigators are still trying to find out a cause.
