Former Portsmouth teacher sentenced to 10 years for indecent liberties

A former I.C. Norcom High School music teacher will spend ten years in prison for taking indecent liberties with a boy.

Clarence Sykes was found guilty of the charges that stem from incidents in 1978.

He was sentenced on two charges of taking indecent liberties with someone under 14.
