Newport News, Va. –Police have located a man wanted for robbery last month, but it could be a while before he faces those charges.
That’s because police in Nash County, North Carolina have arrested Derick Wooten for 31 other crimes including kidnapping and robbery.
Newport News police say Wooten was one of four men who robbed a house on Marcus Drive last Monday assaulting two people in the process.
Police say it is not known at this time when Wooten will be returned to Newport News.
