Stefan Schwartz was arrested in February for allegedly making threats against Cape Hatteras Secondary School.

Deputies seized items from the 26-year-old's home but say they didn't find any guns or destructive devices.

Police have now served him with additional charges.

He was arrested for making a false report on educational property in Buxton. Police say  the new charges are not related to those on Feb. 20. They say these charges come from an August 27, 2009 incident at the Buxton Alternative School.

Police say the school was broken into and a small fire was started.

Schwartz was also charged in a misdemeanor count with
Cyberstalking from earlier in 2013.
