A North Carolina High School teacher is accused of stealing her students’ field trip money!
This happened last month in Kinston
32-year-old Amanda Grady planned a field trip to the presidential Inauguration back in January.
Each student paid about 300 dollars in advance.
Police say that when the trip was called off, she kept over $1,400 of the kids' money for her own use.
Police arrested her on Monday.
The school district says Grady has stepped down from her position.
