Chesapeake, Va.–Police need your help to identify the man in the photo. He is only wanted for questioning.
They say on six different occasions, between the dates of January 31, 2013 and February 14, 2013, an unknown male went into a business located in the 4700 block of Portsmouth Blvd. and removed nearly $3,000.00 worth of copper wiring without paying for it.
