Norfolk, Va. - Norfolk police are still searching for the driver who crashed his car and walked away early this morning.
Neighbors woke up to the sound of the crash just before 4 a.m. Friday morning on Virginia Beach Boulevard near Majestic Avenue.
The driver slammed the pick-up truck so hard - it moved the parked pick-up truck more than 20 feet.
They tell us the man got out of the red station wagon and walked away.
Neighbors say this happens way too often on Virginia Beach Boulevard.
"If you live on the boulevard, lived on this block for a while, "bang" means somebody's car got hit and thank God, he didn't hit my house."
Officers on the scene say that they know who the driver is - they just have not found him yet.
