Chesapeake, Va. – Police have arrested 25 year-old Clifton Cuffee for allegedly shooting another man in the head early Saturday morning.
The shooting happened on Plow Lane near the intersection of Border Road in Chesapeake around 2:30am.
The 29 year-old man who was shot is still alive and was conscious and talking when he was transported to the hospital.
Cuffee has been charged with Malicious Wounding and Possession of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony.
