Hampton, Va. - Elizabeth Coast was indicted on felony perjury charges in Hampton. She's the woman who claimed Jonathan Montgomery sexually abused her when she was 14-years-old.
Coast later admitted she lied about the abuse but Montgomery was still kept in prison until NewsChannel 3 stepped in and pushed for his release.
He was finally freed two days before Thanksgiving.
Coast will be back in court in May to enter a plea.
