Moneyrates.com just released its third annual ranking of the best and worst states in which to make a living.
It ranked all 50 states based on income, taxes, cost of living, and workplace environment data just to name a few.
The best state to earn a living was Washington and among the worst were Hawaii, Mississippi, Rhode Island and New York.
