Portsmouth/Norfolk, Va. – Right now, a disabled tractor trailer is blocking both eastbound lanes of the Midtown Tunnel.
A tow truck is being brought in now to remove it.
Drivers can use the Downtown Tunnel as an alternate.
Expect delays in both directions.
