Portsmouth, Va. – Police have cleared an area and opened streets to the public after an item resembling a military ordinance was found in the 1600 block of McDaniel Street on Wednesday evening.
A Navy EOD Team assisted in identifying the object, which was not live. They then took possession of the projectile-shaped item.
