Virginia Beach, Va. - On Thursday, a man who pleaded guilty to wearing a mask in a movie theater is expected to appear in court.

Blake Newton is set to go before a judge on a long list of charges.

Those charges include everything from robbery, brandishing a machete, assault and battery, and wearing a mask.

Last month, Newton pleaded guilty to wearing a mask in public in Virginia Beach.

Newton and Jamar Washington, who also plead guilty to the same charge, wore clown masks inside a Virginia Beach movie theater.

According to police, the men caused panic in the theater - people screamed and ran out of the theater.

Both men will be back in court for the Virginia Beach incident in June.
