Portsmouth, Va. – The City of Portsmouth has announced that on Tuesday, April 23, the Portsmouth Police Department will be directing traffic at the intersection of High Street and Court Street during a traffic signal replacement project.
Starting at 8 a.m., a contractor for the City of Portsmouth will be relocating the traffic signal cabinet and replacing one of the mast arms at the intersection. This work is expected to be completed by Tuesday evening.
