MMBT northbound, James River Bridge northbound reopen after accidents

The northbound MMBT has reopened after an accident closed all lanes. Traffic is backed up 6.3 miles to the Western Freeway.
VDOT says motorists can now use the northbound James River Bridge, which was also closed earlier due to an overturned vehicle.
