Hampton Roads (Friday, April 26, 2013) – This Saturday, more than 300 Amerigroup associates, family and friends throughout Hampton Roads will take part in the company’s first annual Company-wide Community Service Day event volunteering more than 1,200 hours of service to help local organizations.
This will be the eighth year Amerigroup’s parent company, WellPoint, Inc., has participated in Company-wide Community Service Day.
At the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Virginia more than 60 volunteers will be volunteering their time with children.
