Hampton, Va. - A former research contractor at NASA Langley in Hampton is expected to plead guilty tomorrow in federal court.
Bo Jiang is charged with lying to a federal investigator after he was caught trying to leave the U.S. on a one-way ticket to his native China.
Court documents say tomorrow Jiang will plead guilty to downloading copyrighted movies,
TV shows and pornography using his NASA provided computer.
The plea is expected tomorrow in federal court in Newport News.
Jiang still faces several other felony charges surrounding the incident.
