Coffee County, Tennessee – Muslim groups are demanding an apology after a commissioner in Coffee County posted what they are calling a ‘threatening’ meme according to the Tennessean.

In the post, there is a man holding a double-barreled shotgun and the words “How to wink at a Muslim” are written above it.

Commissioner Barry West removed the post and instead of apologizing for the it, he responded with an email asking why the tweet was now the focus.

According to the Tennessean, he says he did not create the picture, but he did share it and he is questioning why he is now being singled out.
