Portsmouth, Va. – Elizabeth River Tunnels work crews will close one lane on the Hampton Boulevard ramp to Brambleton Avenue east from Thursday, May 2, at 9 p.m. to Friday, May 3, at 5 a.m. for paving.
Motorists should stay alert through the work zone and expect minor delays.
