Virginia Beach, Va. -A 32-year-old Beach woman is accused of stealing a purse from a vehicle only to return to the scene hours later where she was arrested.
Police say Kristen Leigh Sandoval has been involved in at least 11 different larcenies from vehicles around the city.
Over the weekend, police received a call about someone who had stolen a purse from a vehicle at the 7-Eleven on Aragona Blvd. Witnesses described the suspect to officers and just hours later, Sandoval returned to the 7-Eleven and was then arrested.
Sandoval has now been charged with grand larceny, petit larceny, credit card theft, uttering, larceny of check and obtaining monies by false pretenses.
Sandoval is now out on bond. Police are still investigating this case.
