Chesapeake deputy accused of drunk driving found not guilty

Chesapeake, Va. - Kenneth Stolle, Jr., a Chesapeake sheriff's deputy accused of driving under the influence, was found not guilty of drunk driving.

He was convicted of misdemeanor hit-and-run and fined $250.

Stolle took off after a crash near Town Center in Virginia Beach.

He is still on unpaid administrative leave while the Chesapeake sheriff's office investigates the accident.

Stolle is the son of Virginia Beach sheriff Ken Stolle, Sr.
