Hampton, Va. – Court documents show all of the felony charges against, Bo Jiang, a former NASA contractor charged with lying to a federal investigator, have been dismissed.

He was caught trying to leave the U.S. on a one-way ticket to his native China.

On Thursday, Jiang pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of downloading copyrighted movies, TV shows and pornography all using his NASA provided computer.

He was fined $25 and time served.

Those documents also say Jiang has to leave America in the next 48 hours.

A congressman accused Jiang of being a spy,  but no charges on that matter were ever filed.
