Chesapeake Police are searching for a suspect who committed a bank robbery at the Bank of Hampton Roads in the 800 block of George Washington Highway in Deep Creek.
Police say it was reported that a man entered the bank, did not display a weapon, made demands and then fled the scene in an unknown direction with an unknown amount of currency.
The suspect is described as a black male with a slim build, approximately 27-30 years old, about 5’10” – 6′ tall and has short-cropped hair.
