Update: Indian River Road is now back open.
Virginia Beach, Va. – Crews are on the scene of an accident where someone could be pinned inside of a vehicle on Indian River Road.
They have now shut down the intersection near Independence Blvd. in both directions. They say the roads will be closed for an undetermined amount of time.
