You may be looking forward to some sunny days in our forecast.

And speaking of the sun - a new study shows that exposure to sunlight improves health overall and may even prolong life.

Researchers in Scotland studied the effects of UV rays on the skin.

They found that exposing skin to sunlight may reduce blood pressure and cut the risk of heart attack and stroke.

The study says the health benefits of reducing blood pressure may far outweigh the risk of developing skin cancer.
