The Outer Banks Woman’s Club is sponsoring the Outer Banks Spring Festival of Art and and Crafts, which includes 45 different vendors indoors and outdoors, at the Baum Center (Senior Center) located only one block behind the Kill Devil Hills Post Office.
The festival will feature a wide selection of art, jewelry, and wood-crafted items on the beautiful grounds of the center – complete with a butterfly walk and elegant sculpture.
