Update: All lanes are back open. There is still a 7-mile back-up.
Right now, both westbound lanes are blocked at the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel due to a disabled vehicle.
The back-up is now 7 miles to Little Creek.
Drivers are encouraged to use the Monitor Monitor Merrimac as an alternate.
