Hatteras Island, N.C. – A man has been accused of indecent liberties with a minor on Hatteras Island. Shawn Lee Rogers, 36, was arrested and charged.
Dare County Sheriffs got a report from the Delaware State Police about a child sex crime they say happened on the island. That’s when Sheriffs began their investigation.
Rogers, who is from Delaware, has been released on $20, 000 bond.
