Update: The disabled vehicle has now been removed in the eastbound lanes of the HRBT. There is still a work zone in the right lane which is closed to traffic.
There is a disabled vehicle in the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel right now that is blocking traffic in the eastbound direction.
If you are headed this way, use the MMMBT instead.
