Virginia Beach, Va. – Bond was denied today for Kelsey Deaton, a Virginia Beach woman accused of throwing a knife into the back of her friend’s ex-boyfriend.
Jorge Silas, the victim, told NewsChannel 3 he was at Green Run Park on Green Garden Circle when he got into an argument with Deaton.
He was back at the park the next day showing us his wound.
Deaton charged with malicious assault.
