A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to a June 4th shooting in Portsmouth.
On June 4th, officers found a 29-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso in the area of Brighton Elementary School.
Lijuah Amar Bauman of the 3500 block of Hartford Street, was charged with numerous felonies including abduction, robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and aggravated malicious wounding.
