The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man and woman who stole a car battery from Walmart on May 9.
Police say the man and woman tried to return a battery to Walmart in the 700 block of Rochambeau Drive.
The battery tested fine so it could not be exchanged.
The male suspect then ditched the old battery in the sporting goods section and stole a new battery.
