Health officials search for pit-bull that bit person in James City County

James City County, Va. – Health officials on the Peninsula need your help to find a pit-bull they say bit a person over the weekend in the Windy Mill Mobile Home Park in James City County.

This happened on the corner of Jude Drive and Carol lane on June 16th. The dog is described as a tan and black pit-bull with a blue collar.

If the dog is not found, the person bitten may have to get rabies shots.

Once officials locate the dog it will be placed on in-home confinement for 10 days.
