DINWIDDIE COUNTY, Va. (WTKR) — Dinwiddie officials are working to figure out what caused a trailer full of fireworks to explode Sunday morning killing a man. That's according to a report from WTVR in Richmond, Va.
Dinwiddie County Fire and EMS officials said the explosion happened in the 20000 block of Shippings Road just before 10:14 a.m. Family members have confirmed to WTVR/CBS 6 the victim is Kelly Leplante.
