Norfolk, Va. - The Norfolk city employee charged with sexually assaulting young boys is back in court.

On Friday, a judge granted bond to Jay Burton.

Today, the Commonwealth's Attorney is trying to get Burton put back behind bars until his preliminary hearing.

The city worker is accused of sexually abusing three young boys at his home.

Burton is also facing more charges.

Police say the 54-year-old was an employee at the Titustown Rec Center, but none of the incidents happened at there.
